Typically, SHADOW TO LIGHT PARANORMAL conducts 2 or 3 multi-hour sessions.
Steps
The First: A comprehensive run-through to sense and study the haunting, build the case, and decide on the Paranormal Exploration and Communication goals.
The Second: Setting up, deciding on the specific paranormal presences with whom we wish to communicate, where best to communicate with them in the home and taking the first big leap of faith.
Using our wiles, wits and energy sensitivity, mediumship and clairaudience gifts to create a conducive energetic atmosphere, we make contact. We conduct as many sessions that serve the project best. Could be a couple of hours or a couple of nights. Could be several times over a period of days or weeks.
The Third: After compiling and reviewing all the information collected to that point, we go back to see what the spirit needs from us. How we can help him or her to resolve a conflict. Heal the effect of a traumatic death. Be assured that it can let go of whatever has kept it from crossing over to the nonphysical plane. That he or she ... can finally die.
Final Report
When a paranormal journey is complete, we prepare and deliver a written account of everything that happened, with suggestions on what to do or what NOT to do next.

WORKING WITH SCIENTIFIC PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION GROUPS
Through past experience as members of scientific paranormal investigation groups, we work exceedingly well with these groups when asked to help out with psychic work at a particularly challenging haunting.
The contributions a psychic can give a 'scientific' paranormal investigation are:
